Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride, synthetic) - 20 mg
Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa, Root and rhizome) - 6.67 mg
Magnesium (Magnesium citrate, synthetic) - 30.4 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Hypromellose (vegetable capsule shell), magnesium stearate, cellulose - microcrystalline.

Caution

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. If you have a liver or gallbladder disease and/or intestinal obstruction, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, a kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use this product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Store under normal storage conditions (dry, well-ventilated premises at 15–25°c).

Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing.
