Each vegetable capsule contains: Flax seed defatted, certified organic 600 mg Acacia gum certified organic 130 mg Guar gum 20 mg L-Glutamine 10 mg Marshmallow root 10 mg Slippery elm bark 10 mg Triphala: 10 mg Indian Gooseberry fruit (Embilica officinalis) 3.3 mg Belleric myrobalan fruit (Terminalia bellirica) 3.3 mg Chebulic myrobalan fruit (Terminalia chebula) 16.7 mg
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water).
Suggested Use
Take 4 capsules in the morning with 8 oz. of water. May be repeated at midday and in the evening. Drink plenty of water while using this product.
