CoQ10, or coenzyme Q10, is an essential nutrient found naturally in our cells’ mitochondria. It helps our cells generate adenosine triphosphate (ATP), their main source of energy. The heart is one of the most metabolically active organs in the body, making CoQ10 an important nutrient for heart health. Our production of CoQ10 decreases as we age but we still require lots of this vital nutrient to maintain a healthy heart and sustained energy.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 5ml teaspoon)
Coenzyme Q10 - 75mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Purified water, vitamin E, glycerin, sunflower oil, phosphatidylcholine, oleic acid, potassium bicarbonate, acacia gum, citric acid, phosphoric acid, natural citrus flavour, sucrose.
Suggested Use (adult dosage)
Take one (1) teaspoon per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken directly or mixed with a glass of water. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
Cautions and Warnings

Migraine prophylaxis/prevention: Consult a healthcare professional if migraine frequency increases and associated nausea and vomiting persist or worsen. Do not use if seal is broken.
