A combination of silicon and biotin to help maintain beautiful hair, skin and nails. 100% soluble silicon from Nova Scotian quartz is scientifically proven as one of the better absorbed silicon, more so than other supplemental sources such as colloidal, horsetail and bamboo forms.
Ingredients
Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains:
Silicon (from 12 mg methylsilanetriol) 4 mg
Biotin 2.5 mg
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate, citrus extract, monk fruit extract.
Suggested Use
Dosage: Adults - Take one tablespoon (15ml) per day, 5-10 minutes before meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If possible, hold in mouth for one minute before swallowing in order to maximize its absorption under the tongue. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
Caution: As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner on the use of this product, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
