Suggested Use

Adults (including breastfeeding women) & adolescents 9-18 years old: Take 1 capsule twice daily.

Adults (pregnant women): Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Caution

Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. To open child resistant blister packs inside: cut along perforations, and peel back foil from corner.
