This bread is one of the best for health. This is an interesting alternative to traditional wheat. Moreover, it is integral and leaven-based. It is one of the few breads on the market exclusively consisting of whole kamut flour. Its taste and texture are unique. Like other varieties of wheat, kamut contains gluten. However, slightly gluten-intolerant people generally respond better to kamut than traditional wheat. Moreover, many of our customers have adopted this bread as an acceptable substitute.
