Description
Medicinal Ingredients:
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome) 400 mg
Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis, root, rhizome, and stolon) Standardized to 0.8% valerenic acids 110 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose, silica, maltodextrin.
Directions:
Adults, take 2 capsules 1 time per day with water 1 hour before bedtime. May be used up to 6 weeks
Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness
