GABA is an amino acid that temporarily relaxes the mind, inducing calm and easing anxieties. Melatonin then works in tandem with GABA to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and improve sleep duration overall.

Medicinal Ingredients

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid)                   100 mg
Melatonin                                                          5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: Hypromellose.

Suggested Use

Take 1-2 capsules before bedtime or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if taking one of the following medications: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids, or if you have one of the following conditions: asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine or seizure disorders. Some people may experience gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain as well as drowsiness. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking Melatonin + GABA. Do not take Melatonin + GABA if pregnant or nursing. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not crush, blend or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsule whole.
