Each Tablet Cotnains: Medicinal Ingredients: Melatonin 10mg Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, natural peppermint flavour and vegetable grade magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use
At bedtime only, allow to dissolve under the tongue, 1-2 tablets once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. For continued use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
