Suggested Use
Magnesium Oil is a concentrated formula, so only a small amount is needed. Add up to 1 teaspoon to a bath or footbath and enjoy a mineral-rich soak as part of your self-care routine. It can also be diluted with pure water and applied to the skin on the face or body using a cotton pad or spray bottle. Suitable for use at any time, day or night.
Cautions
