Ambrosia Dark Buckwheat Flour is stone-ground buckwheat flour with a pronounced nutty taste. This 908 g pack is a useful choice for buckwheat pancakes and flour blends where a darker, fuller flavour is wanted.
Instructions: Replace up to half of the wheat flour in any recipe with buckwheat flour.
