Suggested Use

Adult women- take 1 tablet 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Motion sickness/sicknesses (nausea and vomiting prevention): Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women (to reduce the risk of neutral tube defects).
