Medicinal Ingredients

Zinc (citrate) - 15 mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

1–2 tablets daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution

Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Keep out of the reach of children.
