Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Citric acid, organic natural raspberry and lemon flavours, organic stevia.
*Magnesium carbonate and citric acid, when combined with water create ionic magnesium citrate.
Suggested Use (adult dosage)
Take 1–2 teaspoons daily.
To help with magnesium deficiency, adult males 19–30 / adult females 19 and older—take 2 teaspoons (5 g) daily.
Known adverse reaction
Some people may experience diarrhea.
