Description

Its key components are Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylinositol, Phosphatidylethanolamine and linoleic acid (Omega 6), which can benefit cognitive functions (improving memory, for example), the nervous system, and stress disorders, and also lower lipid levels to improve cardiovascular health.

Suggested Use
Adults may take one tablespoon (6 grams) per day. Sunflower lecithin powder can be mixed with water or added to oils (it's soluble in most oils). Additional ways to add lecithin into your daily routine: add lecithin to cereal, juice, salads or soups or sprinkle into oatmeal.
