organic pears, organic plain 3.8% M.F. yogurt (organic milk, organic skim milk powder, bacterial cultures), organic bananas, water, organic blackberries, organic raspberries, organic millet, organic amaranth, organic lemon juice concentrate.

Suggested Use
Best served at room temperature or chilled. Do not microwave pouch. Shake and squeeze into a spoon or bowl, or older kids can enjoy it straight from the pouch. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
