Organic Brazilian Acacia Honey is sourced from the blossoms of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree, belonging to the acacia genus, with over 1,500 species worldwide. Acacia honey is golden in colour, offering a delicate floral taste and silky texture. It reveals an aftertaste marked by butterscotch, almond and vanilla notes. Thanks to a high concentration of fructose, it remains in a liquid state for a lengthy period. BRAZIL
