Suggested Use
Adults take 1 capsule three times daily with food/meal. Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; have diabetes, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcer, are taking anticoagulant/ blood thinning or anti-inflammatory, or if you having surgery.
