Dairy free and vegan, Zengarry Fauxmages are handmade in small batches in our dedicated production kitchen.
?Each batch is carefully controlled to ensure the highest quality control, flavour, texture and, of course, taste! This cashew cheese emulates the flavour of classic Boursin cheese, and is spreadable, raw, fermented, and flavoured with garlic, fresh parsley, tarragon and thyme.
