Ingredients (per capsule)
500 mg of organic freeze-dried elderberries (Sambucus canadensis), equivalent to 2500 mg of fresh elderberries, in a capsule made of pullulan and purified water.

Suggested Use
Adults and adolescents aged 14 and up: Take 2 to 3 capsules, 2 to 4 times per day .
For those 10 to 13 years of age: Take 2 capsules, 1 to 4 times per day
