Our Chocolate mix is certified Fairtrade which means that the farmers we are sourcing from receive a fairtrade premium per kilogram of cocoa sold. Fairtrade certification has an economic, social and environmental impact on farmers. It makes a significant difference in their lives, their workers lives, their families, and their wider communities.
Initiatives are also taken to protect against deforestation and to alleviate poverty in the country of origin of the cocoa beans.

Therefore, this product was created as part of an effort to make high quality food more accessible. This new nutritious mix is carefully made with fairtrade chocolate and no-nonsense ingredients.
That being said, our commitment to organic and responsible sourcing is still very strong. As such, Prana remains a vegan company, with all its products certified GMO-free, fairtrade where possible, and primarily organic.
