For centuries smudging, the burning of aromatic herbs, has been practiced among Native Americans to purify objects and locations. Sustainably harvested by a Native American reservation cooperative.

Includes 1 bundle of each: Mountain Sage (Artemisia Tridentata), White Sage (Salvia Apiana), and Yerba Santa (Mountain Balm)
Suggested Use
Light the tip of the smudge and blow out the flame. Hold the smudge over a fireproof plate or shell to catch the smoldering ash. After use, extinguish with water or sand. Caution: Keep children and animals away from lit smudges. Do not leave unattended.
