Shefu Tofu Slices - Southern

This is one of the more unique of our tofu line, it h as a lightly flavoured sage coating with our own secret blend of herbs and spices and has a uniquely extra firm texture. Perhaps harkening back to the 50’s and good ol’ southern fried chicken, it is a nice comfort food and with less fat than chicken and a more sub tle flavour.

Ingredients
Tofu (soybeans, water, magnesium chloride), canola oil, whole-wheat flour, dried yeast, sea salt(sea salt, magnesium carbonate), garlic powder, spices, dehydrated parsley. May contain traces of and sesame seeds.

Suggested Use
Keep refrigerated. Try it hot or cold right out of the pack, in pasta dishes, in wraps, between slices of your favourite bread, or cut into pieces on salads or on top of nachos. It is a delicious, easy way to include a healthy source of lean protein in any meal.
