Each Tablet contains: •Vitamin B-12 (Methylcobalamin).....1000 mcg •Folic Acid.....500 mcg Additional Ingredients: Mannitol, sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, natural cherry flavor, natural color, fructose. Allergy Information: Does not contain wheat, dairy, eggs, gluten, yeast, artificer colors or preservatives.Ideal for vegetarians & vegans.
Suggested Use
Take 1-3 tablets daily, at or before bedtime. For use beyond 4 weeks consult a health care practitioner. See further cautions below. Cautions: Do not take if you're taking immunosuppressive drugs. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Do not use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression, and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications. If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks or if pain or other factors appear to br the cause of sleeplessness, consult your health care practitioner
