MegaFood Skin Nails & Hair 2 provides essential vitamins for healthy skin, nails, and hair in a variety of foods, including organic brown rice. Each serving delivers FoodState vitamin A in carrots, vitamin C in organic oranges and vitamin E in organic whole brown rice. Easy to digest and can be taken on an empty stomach without upset.
Dosage: Adults: Take 2 tablets daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. May be taken anytime throughout the day. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
