Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb top) 120 mg
Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum, seed) standardized to 47.5% Silymarin 295 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose, cellulose.
Directions:
Adults, take 1 capsule, 3 times per day. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
