Fresh organically grown* Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) tincture (w/w ratio 1:10) 460 mg, equivalent to 46 mg of dried root.
Fresh organically grown Hop strobile (Humulus lupulus L.) tincture (w/w ratio 1:12) 460 mg, equivalent to 38.3 mg dried strobile.
Non-medicinal ingredient:

Suggested Use
