Reduced Sodium Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base is made with roasted chicken and concentrated chicken stock and blended with other seasonings. It has one-quarter less salt than our Original Bases, conforming to FDA requirements for reduced sodium levels. Better Than Bouillon blendable bases easily spoon right out of the jar and let you add as much, or as little, flavor as desired. From marinades, glazes and vegetables to soups, sides and slow cooker dishes, Reduced Sodium Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base adds flavor to all your favorite dishes. 38 Servings Made With Seasoned Roasted Chicken Meat 26% Less Sodium than Our Regular Seasoned Roasted Chicken Base Inspected For Wholesomeness by U.S. Department of Agriculture Only 1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon = One cube or 8 oz can of broth. Sodium content has been reduced from 680 mg to 500 mg per reference serving.

Suggested Use
Suggested Use Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) Reduced Sodium Roasted Chicken Base in 8 oz. boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1-1/2 tablespoons Reduced Sodium Roasted Chicken Base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces, and gravies, or to cook vegetables, rice, or pasta with more flavor. Refrigerate after opening.
