Suggested Use
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 2 capsules daily a half-hour to 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Recommended Use: Mild sedative to help promote sleep. Warning: Consult healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant/breast feeding, if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks or if symptoms persist or worsen.
