Other actives include: Salidroside, Tyrosol, Rosiridin, Kaempferol, Gallic acid and Cinnamic acid. 6:1 QCE
Vitamin E (d-alphatocopheryl) - 8IU / 3.6 AT
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 200IU / 5 mcg
Vitamin B5 (d-Pantothenic acid) - 12.5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 2.5 mg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin - 2.5 mcg
Zinc (zinc oxide) - 7.5 mg
Magnesium (magnesium glycinate) - 37.5 mg
Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) - 100 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Organic maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (capsule).

Suggested Use (adult dosage)

Take one capsule in the morning and one capsule early afternoon or two capsules in the morning, with or without food.

Cautions

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking anti-depressants, birth control or if you are on hormone replacement therapy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Known adverse  reaction: may cause irritability and insomnia in which case discontinue use.

Contraindications

If you have bi-polar or bi-polar spectrum disorder, do not use this product. Keep out of reach of children.
