Ingredients:
Medicinal: per capsule: 2:1 (450 mg) passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), 2:1 (150 mg) Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), 2:1 (125 mg) Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), 2:1 (125 mg) skullcap (Scutellaria laterifloris), 2:1 (25 mg) Chamomile (Matricaria chamomila), 2:1 (25 mg), 2:1 Linden (Tilia x europaea) Non-Medicinal: Pullulane, purified water.
Recommended Dosage: (Adult) 2 Capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose 2 Capsules during the evening if necessary.
