Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Stevia rebaudiana Leaf, Strawberry Flavour.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2 tablespoons (30 mL) once per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use. DURATION OF USE: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. CAUTIONS: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression, diarrhea, liver disorders or are taking prescription medications. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and /or loss of appetite occur as these may be symptoms of liver disease. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or performing activities requiring mental alertness within two hours of consumption. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Do not use if security seal is broken. STORAGE: Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within three (3) months after opening. ALLERGENS: Contains no dairy, yeast, corn, wheat or gluten.
