Suggested dose
Take as recommended by your health professional. Adults, take 2 capsules once daily with breakfast. Adolescents and children (6 years and older), take 1-2 capsules once daily. If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+® at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics.
