Organic Long Grain Brown Rice

Instructions: Rinse 1 cup of rice. Add rice to 2 cups of boiling water, cover pot, lower the heat so the water barely simmers. Cook for 45 minutes or until the grain is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Check quickly only once or twice during cooking, otherwise you loose the steam necessary to cook the rice.
