Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA provides a concentrated source of DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid that supports cognitive health and brain function. Prenatal DHA is also a source of vitamin D to help with the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth  with the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) - 240 mg

Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA - 102 mg

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol/ vitamin D3) - 5 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), vitamin E, olive oil. 

Suggested Use (adults)

Take 2 soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
