The olives are grown and hand-harvested on small family estates in Spain's sunny Mediterranean hills for an oil with fruity tones and a hint of spice. Drizzle it over gazpacho or peasant bread, or whisk it into a fiery pepper sauce or tapenade. Extra virgin olive oil at the heart of the Mediterranean diet, its pungent notes a sign of naturally occurring polyphenol antioxidants within. We select only the highest quality oils from long-standing artisan growers and visit the olive groves annually to confirm the oil's freshness, aroma and superb flavor.

First cold pressed extra virgin unrefined organic olive oil. Bottled in a facility that produces peanut oil.
Suggested Use
Suggested Use Up to 325ºF Medium Heat. Warnings Oil may appear cloudy or solid but will clear upon warming. Does not require refrigeration if used within 10 to 12 weeks after opening. Bottled with an inert gas for freshness.
