IDEAL FOR SALADS AND GRILLED VEGETABLES Our extra-virgin olive oil balanced has a herbaceous nose reminiscent of tomato stalks and fresh cut grass. Although its aroma is moderately pronounced, one perceives a certain bitterness typical of extra virgin olive oils. A velvety oil to prepare ratatouille, candied tomatoes and polenta. Our Olive Oil is GMO-Free and naturally rich in omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acid, recognized in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols which are natural antioxidants. Did you know? A bottle of 500 ml of olive oil contains the equivalent of 690 olives; a tablespoon contains 20 olives.
