Suggested Use (adult men)

Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner to minimize gastric disturbance for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Caution

Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure.
