Description
Medicinal Ingredients
Shark cartilage, chondroitin sulfate.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide.
Suggested Use (adult dosage)
Take 4 capsules, 3 times daily. Take with meals and a glass of water. Must be taken regularly. Take a few hours before or after taking medication(s). Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are recovering from surgery or a major accident, if you have renal insufficiency or liver dysfunction or if you are taking calcium supplements.
Known Adverse Reactions
Some people may experience gastrointestinal disturbances (e.g. bloating, abdominal cramps, etc.); in which case, discontinue use. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) (to shark cartilage or any of its ingredients including glucosamine and chondroitin) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
