Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide.
Suggested Use (adult dosage)
Take 4 capsules, 3 times daily. Take with meals and a glass of water. Must be taken regularly. Take a few hours before or after taking medication(s). Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) (to shark cartilage or any of its ingredients including glucosamine and chondroitin) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
