Each capsule contains: Undenatured Type II Collagen 10 mg (from 40mg UC-II® Standardized Chicken Cartilage) Mineralized Red Algae (as Aquamin® F) 250 mg (Lithothamnium corallioides) (Whole Plant) Providing: Calcium 80 mg Magnesium 6.25 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Potassium Chloride
Suggested Use
Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules twice daily. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. Store in an airtight container, protected from light.
