Arnicare Sport relieves muscular fatigue, muscle cramps, and muscle aches following physical activity or overexertion. Use Arnicare Sport before, during and after a physical effort to help your body recover from overexertion.
Medicinal Ingredients: Arnica montana 9CH Sarcolacticum acidum 3CH Zincum oxydatum 3CH
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: D-glucose monohydrate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, citric acid monohydrate, lemon natural flavour.
Suggested Use
Dosage: Adults and children from 6 years old: Chew and allow tablets to dissolve. Take between meals -- Prior physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior exertion. -- During physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour. -- After physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement. Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day. If symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days, consult a health care practitioner. Notice for diabetics: This product contains 1.6 g of glucose per tablet. Keep out of reach of children
