Description
Holy Basil is used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to help relieve coughs (Kasa) and colds (Pratisyaya) and to benefit the heart, as a heart tonic (Hrdya). St. Francis Herb Farm's Holy Basil tincture is certified organic.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml):
Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus, leaf and berry) 250 mg Quantity Crude Equivalent (1:4)
Non Medicinal Ingredients: Certified Organic alcohol Distilled water Certified Organic vegetable glycerine
Suggested Use
Dosage: Adults: Take 1.33-2 ml (40-60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Duration of Use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
