Silicon (Silicon dioxide, Bambusa vulgaris - whole): 84 mg
Biotin: 500 mcg
Iodine (Laminaria digitata - whole)): 250 mcg
Selenium (Selenomethionine): 70 mcg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid): 200 mg
Magnesium (Magnesium bisglycinate): 200 mg
Copper (citrate): 1.5 mg
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride): 10 mg
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide): 20 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride): 10 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (capsule).
Suggested Use
Adults: Either take one capsule two times per day, or two capsules at once one time per day with water.
