First thing first, let us be clear. We are still big supporters of organic practices and organic products. Since the C19 pandemic and the following financial turmoil, we experienced a shift in the commitment of Canadians to support organic products through their purchases.
We are big believers that Canadians should have access to great healthy foods at affordable prices even at times of financial difficulty. Therefore, this product was created as part of an effort to make high quality food more accessible. This new nutritious mix is carefully made with fairtrade chocolate and no-nonsense ingredients.
That being said, our commitment to organic and responsible sourcing is still very strong. As such, Prana remains a vegan company, with all its products certified GMO-free, fairtrade where possible, and primarily organic.
