Ingredients
Organic heirloom wheat flour, sea salt. Soup Packet: Shoyu powder (soybeans, wheat, sea salt), miso powder (soybeans, rice, sea salt), kombu powder, shiitake mushroom powder, shiitake mushrooms, onion powder, sea salt, green onion, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper. Contains: Wheat, soy.
Suggested Use
Place 1 1/3 cups of water in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and mix in contents of the enclosed soup packet.
