Description
Convenient and quick to prepare, this range of naturally clean labels or Vegan dishes have been designed to maximize nutrients, carbohydrates and vegetables in one serving. The germination of our grains releases all the nutrients contained in the grain and all of our vegetables are freeze-dried, allowing all of their nutritional and aromatic values to be captured from farm to table. These time-saving dishes are perfect for eating on their own or to complement your meal!
Ingredients: Basmati Rice, Organic Sprouted Lentils, Organic Sprouted Mung Beans, Sundried Tomatoes, Leek Flakes, Red Bell Pepper, Green Olive, Minced Garlic
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Mediterranean-Style Basmati Rice with 2 cups (500 mL) water in medium saucepan
- Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium- low. Cover and simmer 11-14minutes or until water is absorbed
- Remove from heat. Stir in oil or butter, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and let rest 7 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
