Skullcap has a long history of traditional use by Indigenous Peoples of North America as a mild sedative and for relieving nervousness. For a lightly sweet and floral flavor,they doubled-down on the soothing herbs with chamomile, lavender and rosehips. Shake it all off with a cup of serentiy.
