Selected for your enjoyment, the natural sweetness and tender flesh of our Blue Mussels are the result of nature’s bounty. DOM Organics Blue Mussels are vacuum packed and flash frozen at harvest to capture peak freshness. Grill, steam, microwave or bake with fresh herbs and flavour with butter or cheese toppings. Mussels are delicious served in a fragrant white wine broth or spicy curry sauce. Or combine mussels with other seafood in favourite dishes such as paella, pastas and seafood chowders.
