Magnesium chloride and distilled water.
1 ml of this product contains 450 mg of magnesium chloride.
Suggested Use
Add up to 1 tsp to a bath or footbath and soak in the magnesium through your skin. Or, dilute it with pure water and wipe or spray it onto your skin on your face or body.
Use this product at any time, night or day, to keep your magnesium levels high. It’s perfect when you feel achy, sore, crampy, or have muscle spasms.
Cautions
Those with sensitive skin may wish to further dilute the product with pure water or a skin-friendly oil. For external use only. Keep out of the eyes and mucous membranes.
