Healthy Colon Plus

Healthy Colon Plus provides a variety of plant fibres containing both soluble and insoluble fibre, which can not only give gentle relief of constipation and/or irregularity, but also help detoxify the colon: the former by binding to toxins and "bad bacteria" to prevent them from being absorbed into the body, and the latter by cleaning the colon walls as it passes through. It also provides 4 types of "good bacteria" to promote the growth of other good bacteria in the intestines, which not only helps us digest food and absorb nutrients, but can also help treat or prevent conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and many kinds of diarrhea. Some of its ingredients such as flaxseed meal and citrus bioflavonoids are also antioxidants.

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell), Sunflower Lecithin, Stevia rebaudiana Leaf.

Contains no yeast, corn, wheat or gluten.

Suggested Usage:

Adults: Mix 1 teaspoon (6 g) with at least 315 ml* of water or juice (or with yogurt, a smoothie, or even apple sauce) 1 or 2 times per day with food, but at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications so as not to impair their effectiveness. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Follow with a second glass of fluid.* Avoid taking immediately before bedtime.
